Staying here was a luxury experience, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness center was exceptional. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a beautiful garden area surrounding it. The beachfront location was perfect, and the seasonal outdoor pool was a great addition. The entertainment was top-notch, and the restaurant offered delicious food. The poolside snack bar was a luxury touch, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and relax.
While staying here, I only experienced one minor issue. The sauna was not as hot as I expected it to be.

There were a couple of nice things about my recent stay, but overall it wasn't great. The food at the hotel was pretty good, and we enjoyed the night parties. In terms of location, the hotel was close to some key spots which was helpful. The receptionists also tried their best to be helpful.
On the other hand, there were a lot of negative aspects to our stay. most of the staff there didn't speak English, which made it tough to communicate.
